Parties, gifts, and travel – oh my! Remember to prioritize safety during this busy season and check out these tips:

❄️ Don’t drink and drive. If your festivities include alcohol, get a rideshare or find a designated driver.
❄️ Don’t be a victim of “warm-up” theft. Leaving your unattended car running on cold mornings gives thieves the opportunities they need.
❄️ Salted sidewalks and driveways. If someone gets hurt on your property, they may be able to sue for the cost of their medical bills and other injury-related expenses.
❄️ Don’t leave valuables in the car. While shopping, cover gifts in your car or store them in your trunk. Once you arrive home, bring them inside right away.
❄️ Take precautions when shipping gifts to your home. Require a signature upon delivery, ask drivers to hide packages, or ship to a nearby available neighbor.
❄️ Don’t publicize your travel plans. It can be tempting to share on social media where you’ll be during the holidays, but doing so could alert thieves you aren't home.

Empezamos a disfrutar del fin de semana, otro más del verano que nos trae diversión, fiesta y familia. Hay que trabajar; es cierto que el dinero no compra la felicidad pero si nos da tranquilidad.
