The team at Trolman Glaser Corley & Lichtman, P.C., congratulates our partner, Michael Madonna, in his tireless pursuit of justice for the most vulnerable members of our community. Michael just concluded a trial on behalf of the loving family of a 72 year old woman who developed a terrible sacral pressure ulcer at Jacobi Hospital. She lived another two years before passing from unrelated causes. After two weeks of trial in the Supreme Court, Bronx County, a jury found that the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation was responsible for causing her injury and returned a verdict, in favor of her family, for $1,000,000. Great job Mike!
