Soren’s 15-plus years of experience in investment research and analysis includes completing detailed financial modeling and valuation of investments for both private and institutional clients, across stocks, bonds and real estate. Soren previously worked at Lazard Freres and Lehman Brothers, and was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. For the past five years, he has worked directly with investors to manage their real estate holdings and analyze new investments, and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Iowa, teaching courses on financial markets and wealth management. Complementing this is a construction and design known-how learned over a life time of working side-by-side with his father on countless home renovation projects. Soren uses this to help his clients visualize what is possible with each apartment or building, whether buying or renting. By combining these skills with a casual, friendly and personable approach, Soren leverages his extensive networks in commercial real estate and finance, comprehensive knowledge of New York City neighborhoods and buildings, and the robust resources of TOWN Residential to ensure each client can find exactly what they are looking for while getting the quality and care they deserve. in Finance from Columbia Business School, where he completed the highly competitive Value Investing program, and a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Yale University.
