Great news for the Dreamers and farm workers as the House passed a bill which creates a pathway to citizenship for millions of those who came to US as children and know this country to be their home. This bill will now head to Senate where we will hope for positive outcome on this pathway to immigration reform !

Great news this morning as District Court vacated DHS Public Charge Rule nationwide pending appeal. The District Court ruled that (1) the public charge exceeds DHS's authority under the public charge provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA"); (2) is not in accordance with law; and (3) is arbitrary and capricious.

This is amazing news for all adjustment of status applicants as DHS may not apply the public charge rule as of today, which includes the submission of Form I-944 and the information contained therein.

This is great news !!! We have to continue fighting for the dreamers and must demand a path to citizenship !!!

The program, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, protects people brought to the United States as children by shielding them from deportation and letting them work.
