Under the Century 21 System Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Besmatch was awarded the Century 21 Prestigious Centurion Award in 1989 for Production. In 1990, a second office was opened at 1990 Westchester Avenue and once again was awarded the Prest
igious Centurion Award. In 1991, Besmatch Real Estate was ranked #11 out of 560 offices in the Northeast Region (NY, NJ, CT & RI) of the Century 21 System. In October 1992 the franchise affiliations were changed from Century21 to ERA System (Electronic Realty Associates). At that time Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Besmatch was ranked Top 25 Company out of 3200 Offices in the ERA System WORLDWIDE. In 1998 both offices had a total of over 500 Sales, which when broken down represents over 76 Millions in Real Estate Sales. Again in 2000, we expanded our main office to 6,000 square feet and merged the branch location at 1990 Westchester Avenue with our main location. Today we have the largest Real Estate office in the Bronx with over 80 Agents to serve the public. At the present time, according to the Empire State Multiple Listing Service (as of August 12, 2022) Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Besmatch is ranked #1 in the Bronx board on the number of transactions closed and within the top 25 offices in the Bronx and Westchester County area.
