Raisner Roupinian LLP files WARN class action on February 13, 2026 against First Brands Group and affiliated entities in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on behalf of all affected employees terminated without 60 days' written notice seeking 60 days' pay and benefits for each affected employee.

We amended our complaint on February 26. On January 19, 2024, settlement checks were mailed to the members of the WARN class in the $1,750,000 settlement against First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation. The settlement, on behalf of the First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation employees terminated without sufficient notice in June 2022, was given final approval by the Delaware Bankruptcy Court on December 28, 2023. Final approval of the $2.2 million WARN settlement on behalf of 260 Worley & Obetz employees terminated without sufficient notice was approved by the Court November 2023. Settlement checks were mailed on December 29, 2023.

On November 14, 2023, the Delaware Bankruptcy Court granted preliminary approval of a $1.1 million settlement on behalf of Live Well employees terminated on May 3, 2019 without 60 days' written notice in alleged violation of the WARN Act.
