A Notice of Intent to Deny answered in one week and approved in less than 24 hours.

We spent approximately one week preparing a detailed response to our client’s Notice of Intent to Deny, including an affidavit and supporting evidence. We submitted the response yesterday at approximately 4:00 p.m. Today, at 10:55 a.m., we received the approval notice.

We are incredibly happy for our client and proud of our law firm’s work. Every case is different, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Still, receiving this wonderful news less than 24 hours after submission is truly worth celebrating.

⚽ Üç korner bir penaltıysa, üç erteleme bir Green Card mıdır? 😄

🚨 Major Movement in the September 2026 Visa Bulletin: Some Family Categories Jumped More Than TWO YEARS!

The September 2026 Visa Bulletin brings significant forward movement for several family-based immigration categories:

🔹 F2B – Unmarried adult sons and daughters of permanent residents: approximately 20 months of movement
🔹 F3 – Married sons and daughters of U.S. citizens: approximately 29 months of movement
🔹 F4 – Brothers and sisters of adult U.S. citizens: approximately 26 months of movement

If you have been waiting for your priority date, check your case now. Visa Bulletin dates can move backward through retrogression, so if your case is eligible and ready for document submission, consider taking the necessary steps to become documentarily qualified without unnecessary delay.

Göçmenlik mahkemeniz saat 8:30’daysa, 8:30’da binaya gelmek zaten geç kalmak olabilir. ⏰⚖️

Özellikle göçmenlik mahkemesinde duruşmaya katılmamak, bazı durumlarda yokluğunuzda sınır dışı kararı (in absentia removal order) verilmesi gibi ciddi sonuçlar doğurabilir.

If your immigration court hearing is at 8:30, arriving at 8:30 is already too close for comfort.
Whether you have a hearing at Federal Plaza, 290 Broadway, another immigration court, or a USCIS interview, arrive early. Judges expect punctuality, and being late to immigration court can have serious consequences including the possibility of an in absentia removal order if you fail to appear.
Give yourself extra time. Get to the area early, grab coffee or breakfast, relax, and then walk into court prepared and on time. Don’t plan to run through the doors at the last minute.

Is OPT premium processing worth the $1,780 fee? If you already have a job waiting, the math may answer that question.
If your OPT work permit is still pending and you have a job offer, waiting months for your EAD could mean losing thousands of dollars in potential income. Premium processing costs $1,780, but getting your work authorization sooner may allow you to start earning sooner. Compare the premium processing fee with the income you could lose while waiting sometimes paying more upfront can make financial sense.

🎉 SUCCESS STORY: NO OBJECTION J-1 WAIVER APPROVED! 🇺🇸

Another important immigration victory for our client!

We are pleased to share that USCIS approved our client’s Form I-612, J-1 Waiver of the Two-Year Foreign Residence Requirement, following a favorable recommendation from the U.S. Department of State based on a No Objection Statement. ✅

For certain J-1 exchange visitors, the two-year home-country physical presence requirement under INA §212(e) can become a significant obstacle to pursuing future immigration opportunities in the United States.

In this case, we guided our client through the No Objection waiver process, from preparing the waiver strategy through the Department of State stage and ultimately to USCIS approval.

The result: J-1 WAIVER APPROVED! 🎯

This approval removes an important immigration barrier for our client and allows them to move forward with their next immigration steps, subject to the requirements of the benefit they pursue.

Congratulations to our client! We are delighted to see another carefully prepared case reach a successful conclusion. ⚖️🇺🇸

Your DS-160 can follow you throughout your immigration journey, so one inaccurate answer today can create serious problems later.

The DS-160 may seem like a basic visa application, but every answer matters. Information about your marriage history, children, addresses, employment, and other background details may later be compared with information you provide in applications for a green card, change of status, or other immigration benefits. Inconsistencies or misrepresentations can lead to serious immigration consequences. Always answer truthfully and carefully.

Why does our law firm prefer to receive your original USCIS documents first?

Because one failed delivery can turn a simple process into a serious headache.

When a work permit, green card, or other original document is mailed directly to a client, delivery problems can result in the document being returned to USCIS creating delays, stress, additional costs, and potentially a much more complicated process.

That’s why our law firm generally prefers USCIS documents to be delivered to our designated USPS mailbox first. We receive and scan the document, provide the client with a copy, and then ship the original with tracking.

The biggest advantage? If our shipment to the client is undeliverable, it generally comes back to our office rather than USCIS, allowing us to address the delivery issue directly.

No mailing method is 100% risk-free. Our goal is simply to reduce avoidable problems, keep better track of important immigration documents, and make the process smoother for our clients.
