People with pending asylum cases (USCIS or Immigration Court) must now pay a $100 Annual Asylum Fee each year while their case is active.

USCIS will mail you payment instructions.
If you are in Immigration Court, the judge will issue a payment order and deadline through the EOIR portal.

Important: There is NO fee waiver for this fee.
