When a serious leak happens, quick action makes all the difference 💧

This leak came from an upstairs unit where the kids flooded the bathroom. As property managers, we immediately investigated the cause, communicated with both tenants, the respective owners and coordinated a same-week repair to prevent further damage. Would have loved a same-day fix but unfortunately, scheduling contractors takes time especially during such a leak. We are also compensating our own tenant with a gift card for new towels and toiletries, the least we could do for such an inconvenience that was out of our control.
