“Mama turn on the TV!!” Yesterday I had the delightful experience of guesting on ABC News Live (“Searched”) to discuss the estate of Malcolm Jamal Warner.

Sometimes your estate plan is ugly. It’s ugly because it doesn’t make sense for your family, create the liquidity or peace of mind you think it will, or it’s overly complicated. Your estate plan needs to be tailored, it needs to fit, it needs to look and feel good, it needs to be you; not advice that may be good in general, but not good for you.
