Hi!
I am Chris Kovalski.
I am an immigration attorney with over five years of experience preparing numerous employment- and family-based petitions, as well as applications for asylum, naturalization, adjustment of status, TPS, and other immigration benefits. I am a graduate of CUNY School of Law of 2018. I was engaged in both litigation and non-litigation work at Immigrant & Non-Citizen Rights Clinic of the law school. Upon graduation, I worked as an Associate Attorney. I currently manage my own law firm, Kovalski Esq PC. I am admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, but, as an immigration attorney, I can represent clients from all states. I am fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, and have recently started learning Spanish.
