The Miami commercial real estate market is HOT, HOT, HOT!

K&F attorneys Jerry Feuerstein, Les Dowgier, and Ernira Mehmetaj represented their client Madison Realty Capital in providing a $101.9 million debt package to CGI Merchant Group to refinance two of their Miami properties, The Gabriel Miami, Curio Collection by Hilton and a Class A office building at 3480 Main Street in Coconut Grove.
