🚨🇺🇸Big immigration news!!
The BIA overturned a 14 year old precedent today. Under the new decision, traveling on advance parole can now trigger the 10 year unlawful presence bar.

The good news: It is not retroactive. If you already traveled and came back, you should be fine. This applies to travel going forward.
If you have advance parole through DACA, TPS, or a pending green card application and are planning a trip, talk to an immigration attorney before you travel.
