Today we celebrate Alexis!
Everybody sees the boss, but not everybody sees the heart, the hard work, the sacrifices and the pressure that come with being the one in charge.
Alexis is more than just the name behind Alexis Bail Bonds. She’s a leader, a teacher, a friend and the woman who keeps everything moving even when things get crazy 😂❤️
Running a business isn’t always easy, especially when you’re dealing with different personalities, long days, unexpected situations and a team that keeps you on your toes! But through it all, she continues to show up, lead, teach and push us to be better.
We might joke with her, test her patience, and probably give her a headache or two 🤣, but at the end of the day, we appreciate the opportunity she’s given us, the knowledge she’s shared and the faith she’s put in our team.
A good boss tells you what to do. A GREAT boss teaches you how to do it, gives you room to grow and wants to see you succeed.
Alexis, thank you for being the boss you are, for believing in your people and for building a team that stands behind you. We may give you a hard time, but we wouldn’t trade our boss for the world! ❤️😂
