Seiden Law Group Managing Partner, Robert W. Seiden, was appointed by Judge Masley in New York court as receiver over Rolta India Limited's shares in its subsidiary company, Rolta International. Judge Masley awarded the creditors in the matter a USD 183m judgment back in September and has just appointed Mr. Seiden to aid in the creditor's recovery of the judgment. We wish Mr. Seiden best of luck in his recovery efforts!
