5 things to do if you want to be taken more seriously at work 👇

1️⃣ Keep clear records of your wins.

Write down the projects you finish, the deadlines you hit, and any positive feedback you get. People take you more seriously when you can show proof of what you actually did.

2️⃣ Build real boundaries.

Say yes to the work that fits your role and stop saying yes to everything. When you protect your time, others start respecting it too.

3️⃣ Communicate with simple structure.

When you give updates, keep it clean. State the problem, your solution, and your next step. Leaders trust people who bring clarity.

4️⃣ Learn the employment laws that protect you.

When you know your rights, you carry yourself with more confidence. Start with the big ones:
