Bisogno and Meyerson, LLP is looking for an experienced paralegal. A paralegal assists lawyers in preparing and organizing various legal documents for upcoming cases and trials.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in the personal injury field, and knowledge on how to prepare a Summons and Complaint, a Verified Bill of Particulars, and various discovery responses.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Spotlight Case of the Month

Bisogno & Meyerson, LLP secured a settlement at a mediation for $6,625,000 for workers involved in a job site explosion. At the time of the accident, the three workers were waterproofing an interior basement wall with a highly flammable chemical that ignited causing a flash fire and explosion. One worker was instantly killed at the scene and one worker died days later in the burn unit. The last worker sustained multiple fractures as well as burns.
