Because of the current COVID-19 Crisis, we have had to temporarily close our office to the public. OFFICE HOURS ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Both the Attorney and her Assistant are in high risk categories which could render them terminally susceptible to this virus. Unfortunately, this means that we must limit in-person contact with clients, and members of the general public at this time. If you need assistance please call or email us for an appointment, and please remember to wear a face mask when coming to the office.
All of the Courthouses in Volusia County are open again, but most judges are still conducting their hearings via Zoom.
If you have an upcoming hearing and If you are not sure whether your hearing is by Zoom or in person, please email the office at ( cotejarvislaw .com) to inquire.
In the meantime, while we weather this crisis, Attorney Jarvis will be conducting most meetings by telephone or teleconference & some limited in person office consultations by appointment only. Please contact the office by email ([email protected]) to schedule a phone appointment. Someone will contact you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. If you leave a message at the office for us to call you back, please make sure your phone accepts Private callers, since we are working from home, all return calls will be from Private/Blocked phone numbers.
