Having been an attorney for several years in the private and government sectors, I founded my own law firm on Christmas Eve, 2007, with my little brother Billy, as my right hand and trusted assistant, and my talented mom Dina, as my receptionist. On July 4, 2012, Giannet Law Firm flourished and expanded to its newly purchased building, a majestic example of stately European architecture in the center of my charming hometown. We are a well respected, small but strong, law firm built on good ideals, the same that our great Country was founded upon—faith, justice, hard work, fortitude and ethical values. The Statue of Liberty, "Lady Liberty," is a powerful symbol of our Nation which represents strength, majesty and hope. The Statue holds a light that never fails. It represents hope to the hopeless, always welcomes the poor and gives courage to the struggling. It faces outward towards an ocean and its lamp is a beacon on the stormy seas that draws those who seek a better life. A Lady Liberty painting is proudly displayed in our waiting room inspiringly reminding me of why I opened my own legal practice, to help those in need.
