Dina Giannet, our Beloved Wife and Mother’s Visitation will be on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652.

Her Funeral Service will be on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St George Greek Orthodox Church, 9426 Little Road,
New Port Richey, FL 34654, followed by her burial at Meadowlawn Chapel of Memories, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652.

Dina Giannet, our most beloved and beautiful mother and cherished member of Giannet Law Firm, was taken to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday September 10, 2022.

Just like our family, our law firm was build on the solid foundational values exemplified and practiced by our Mom and Dad.

In the same way that Mom's love and care for her children Stan, Loula and Billy and her husband Emmanuel made us what and who we are today, our Mom's untiring devotion and service to the Giannet Law Firm and our clients was the firm's greatest honor and blessing that helped us grow, succeed and flourish. Mom was so proud of us and the firm.
She was our pride and joy.

The office will be closed on bereavement leave for two weeks. Loula and Billy

Law Behind July 4:
On July 4, 1776, the Second Continental Congress unanimously adopted the Declaration of Independence, announcing that the colonies were separate from Great Britain.

The United States Constitution, a sacred legal document, that lawyers take an Oath to Support, provides the legal and governmental framework for the United States.

However, the Declaration of Independence, is an equally sacred historical legal document stating in pertinent part: “We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States . . . And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

Older Americans Month

Every May, the U.S. Administration for Community Living leads our nation’s observance of Older Americans Month. The Social Security Administration states that it uses this time to strengthen connections with older Americans and help protect them.

Seniors are especially vulnerable to scammers who pretend that they represent the Social Security Administration.
