Rock has been practicing law in Florida for more than more than 45 years. His significant experience includes public service, operating as a circuit court mediator, teaching law, probate and guardianship, acting as a traffic hearing officer and successfully completing substantial courtroom litigation. Rock has also been a New Port Richey resident for 46 years. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas

High School in 1969, the University of Notre Dame, magna cm laude, in 1973 and Stetson University College of Law in 1976. He has been a trial attorney for over 41 years for both jury and non-jury trials. Rock was a Traffic Court Magistrate for 3 years and one of the first licensed Mediators in the State of Florida, which he performed for over 10 years. He has over 45 years of experience in bankruptcy practice, and now focuses on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 reorganization cases. Today, Mr. Rock’s primary focus is on what he enjoys most as he fights for his clients – mortgage foreclosure defense, including loan modifications, workouts, and bankruptcy help. He is also an experienced and successful Probate Law, Personal Injury, and Domestic Relations attorney.
