Our fast-growing real estate company is seeking a Inside Sales Agent who will facilitate the disposition of properties held by and controlled by the company. This will include the marketing, negotiation, and sale. They are responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategies, price ex*****on, and overall price management. This will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize the profits on each.

Our company sells properties all over Metro Tampa and Western NC and expanding. This position requires attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for self-starters, who can oversee and manage a high volume of projects successfully with very little or no direction. Finally, the successful candidate will have experience working in sales, and, in addition to Disposition Management, be able to lead admin team members who will be assisting.

The position of Disposition Manager involves creating marketing pieces that get emailed out to our established buyers' list on a daily basis. Once the property has been marketed to our buyers, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates. This will take place through various means - email, text, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings. It will also be the responsibility of the Disposition Manager to coordinate showings to interested buyers as needed.

The primary responsibility of the disposition manager is to market, negotiate, and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline. This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company.

Schedule: “Flexible” full time.

Who will you be working for?

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value and in need of some renovation, which is exactly what our buyers are seeking. We close fast, buy homes in "As-Is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.

Compensation

$2,000 per month plus commission (total comp $45,000 -$75,000)

Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:

Market properties according to established procedures
Continuous improvement of process and procedures
Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list
Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team
Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
Develop strong business relationships with buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
Assist Company with misc projects as needed

Responsibilities
Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
Check and manage emails
Assisting in Project Management(Rehab Construction)
Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare business-specific documents: Purchase & Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Amendments, Letters of Intent, etc.
Helping with transaction coordination
Running errands: putting out/picking up lockboxes, opening doors for contractors, photographers, etc.
Light lifting: cases of water, office supplies, etc
Office organization: file paperwork, organize work areas, order snacks/water and office supplies
Organize and execute special projects as needed: quarterly events, client appreciation, etc.
Coordinate internal team, and some external communications
Ensure all administrative tasks are handled in a timely manner (typically under deadlines)

Qualifications
1-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
High school diploma or equivalent required
Used to handling private information
Experience using Google Apps and a CRM
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize according to the importance
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and under strict deadlines
Strong typing and computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Social media skills a plus

The lead manager draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.

This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.
