Before you turn right, look right. 👀

It happens in seconds. ⏱️

A driver pulls out of a parking lot or driveway. They look left, watching for a break in traffic. Traffic clears. They begin turning right but they never looked back to the right, and a bicyclist is already crossing in front of them. 💥

In Florida, a bicyclist riding on a sidewalk or through a crosswalk has the same rights and duties as a pedestrian. Contrary to what many people believe, a bicyclist coming from the opposite direction of traffic isn’t automatically at fault. 😓

Drivers must watch for more than just oncoming cars. ✅

Always look both ways before moving into that sidewalk or crosswalk area. ✅

If you’ve been injured in an accident, call Blaine Law today for your free consultation. ✅

Another victory today! ⚖️

We won’t get into the details just yet, as we have a separate case arising from the same facts.

But now, we’re on the offensive.

‼️ We can’t say this enough, you have the right to remain silent - USE IT ‼️

🚔 If you’re being questioned by law enforcement remember: You have the right to remain silent. You do not have to explain yourself, answer any questions, or try to “clear things up” on your own. Even an innocent statement can be misconstrued and taken out of context.

✅The safest approach? Politely exercise your right to remain silent and at your first opportunity, call Blaine Law before making any statements about your case.

✅Your rights matter. Protect them!

In today’s world, the strongest evidence against you isn’t always found at the crime scene. In fact, it’s often sitting right in front of everyone’s faces and YOU’RE the one that put it there!

Myth V. Fact

❌Myth: If my car isn’t badly damaged, I can’t be seriously injured.

✅Fact: Many injuries including whiplash, concussions, and soft tissue injuries can occur in a low-speed collision.

Never judge your health based off the damage of your vehicle. If you’ve been involved in an auto accident, always get evaluated by a medical professional, no matter how minimal the damage to your vehicle is.

Remember, your health is worth more than your bumper. If you or a loved one has been in an accident, call Blaine Law.

Exciting morning!!!

This morning, we had a global settlement conference involving three injured parties. We were honored to represent two of those three clients, and we're proud to share that we secured a combined 99% of the maximum available insurance proceeds for them.

Results like this don't happen by accident. They come from knowing every detail of our clients' cases, staying organized from day one, keeping up with every medical appointment and provider, and being fully prepared when it matters most.

Every record, every bill, every conversation, and every piece of evidence matters. When it's time to negotiate, preparation makes all the difference.

We're grateful for the trust our clients place in us and proud to fight for the best possible outcome on their behalf. If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident, give us a call 727-288-0477.

One thing we wish everyone knew after an accident:

You don’t need to have broken bones to be injured. Adrenaline has a powerful effect on the body. Most people will feel “fine” after a crash, only to wake up the next day with headaches, neck pain, back pain, stiffness, etc.

Listen to your body. Get checked out, keep your paperwork, take photos, and call Blaine Law.
