Nice article from the Daily Mail about the jury verdict our law firm obtained for the Chiasson family in Terrebonne Parish. Louisiana’s medical malpractice cap on damages is harsh, unjust, and grossly outdated, as it was enacted in 1975 and has never once been adjusted for inflation.

A jury has awarded $3.708 million to Tiffany and Cody Chiasson, whose son Dean died following a repeat cesarean section that caused a skull fracture and brain bleed.
