NOW HIRING | Real Estate Administrative Coordinator
Southern Oaks Realty is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing real estate and property management company.
This position offers a mix of in-office, remote, and on-the-go work with flexibility in scheduling rather than a traditional 9–5 structure. Current hours are part-time with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to expand.
The ideal candidate enjoys variety, is eager to learn, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering excellent client and tenant experiences.
Responsibilities may include:
• Preparing and posting rental listings
• Responding to inquiries and coordinating showings
• Showing rental properties to prospective tenants
• Conducting move-in walkthroughs and move-out inspections
• Coordinating maintenance requests, vendors, repairs, and turnovers
• Assisting with tenant communication, onboarding, lease documentation, and renewals
• Supporting short-term rental operations as needed
• Assisting with social media, Canva graphics, email campaigns, and MLS rental listings
• Maintaining organized digital files, records, and internal systems
• Supporting day-to-day business operations and improving efficiency
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy; experience with Google Workspace, Canva, and social media preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Real estate experience or license preferred, but not required
