So many questions surrounding eviction process and procedure. I seriously considered not taking these cases going toward but I think I want to be out in front protecting the rights of landlords in a fair and equitable way in these tough times. If you ever considered refinancing, now is a great time. Low rates, easy qualifying, little money out of pocket. I’m doing a few every week and they just make sense.

Even if your existing loan is recent, or you have no loan and are looking to “cash out” some money, rates have dropped so significantly that the closing costs will be offset in a year or two by interest savings (usually). And total interest savings over the life of the loan can be staggering.

Most 30 year fixed rate loans now have “TIPS” that look like 15 year mortgages from two years ago. A “TIP” is the Total Interest as a Percentage of the amount you borrow and one indicator of whether the transaction is worth doing.

It is so nice to be busy with closings. Patty's last day is next Friday and I am going to miss her. She has been with my father for almost 40 years.
