On this last day of mooting brilliance, we invite you to the much awaited Advanced Rounds of the International Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot Competition. The same will have a knockout style Semi Finals into which 4 teams have proceeded and then the Finals between the Top 2 teams.

The same will be conducted in the meeting halls of National Law University, Delhi. For those who want to view the rounds, the same can be accessed via Zoom. You can find the links on the QR Codes in the posters for the event below.

Dear all,
The International Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot Competition is coming to a close after 3 brilliant and enriching days for all involved. In light of this, we invite you to the Valedictory Ceremony being conducted at 4:00pm on the 10th of April, 2022 in the Moot Court Hall at National Law University, Delhi.

We will be starting off the much awaited Arun Jaitley Interational Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot with an Inaugural Ceremony at National Law University, Delhi on 8th April, 2022 at 12.40PM where we will be graced by the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mahesh Mittal Kumar and other esteemed guests. We would like to inform you that we have extended the Memo Submission deadline to 27th March, 11.59 PM IST.
We are also providing accommodation to all participating teams who successfully submit their memoranda. There will be no minimum quality threshold as previously informed.

We are pleased to officially announce that the Fifth Edition of the International Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot Competition 2021-2022 will be held offline at the NLUD Campus from 08 April - 10 April 2022. All the teams who submit their Memoranda will be invited to plead in the Oral Rounds. There will be no Memorial Qualification, however, there will be a Minimum Quality Threshold, passing which the teams will be provided accommodation by the Organisers. This Threshold will be informed to the teams by March 30, 2022.

We would like to congratulate all the teams that participated in the Memorial Qualification Round of the 4th International Insolvency & Bankruptcy Moot Competition, 2020-21! We would also like to thank each team for the hard work and the efforts that you have put into this competition, particularly during such a difficult time.

As we had announced earlier, out of the 54 registered teams, the top 16 teams identified by the Overall Memorial scores will proceed to the oral rounds to be held on January 08 - January 10, 2021.

Delays in submission will attract the stipulated penalty in accordance with the notified rules. Further, no submissions made after 05:00 PM IST [11:30 AM GMT], 10th November 2020 shall be considered for evaluation.
