2022 Human Trafficking Prevention Month
January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month. According to the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services (DFPS), human trafficking, including the commercial s*xual exploitation of children (CSEC), impacts children and youth of all ages and all genders. Children and youth who experience complex trauma, have a history of child welfare involvement, transition out of foster care, or run away from foster care are especially vulnerable to human trafficking.

Judges and attorneys may interact directly with children and youth who have experienced or who are at risk of commercial s*xual exploitation. There are multiple resources available to support the legal community’s awareness of CSEC and to prevent, identify, and address exploitation among children and youth in foster care. Please see below for additional information about these resources:

The DFPS Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation (HTCE) Division is charged with improving capacity at DFPS to identify, report, recover, and restore child and youth victims of trafficking who are served by DFPS. The division published a Participation Guide with resources, including registration for key events such as a 2022 Lunch and Learn Series. For more information, please contact [email protected].

The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) launched a Resource Center for Courts on Child S*x Trafficking. The Resource Center provides judicial officers and courts with tools as they address cases involving trafficking. NCJFCJ is also hosting a month-long series on the Role of the Court in Empowering Youth Survivors of S*x Trafficking and registration is available on the Resource Center's home page.

In 2015, the Texas Legislature and Governor Greg Abbott created a Child S*x Trafficking Team (CSTT) to build capacity in Texas to serve victims of trafficking and to raise awareness to prevent, interdict, and prosecute child exploitation. The CSTT team provides awareness materials, education resources, and research for judges, attorneys, child welfare professionals, and other stakeholders related to child s*x trafficking, all of which are available on the Office of the Governor’s website.

In 2019, the Office of the Texas Governor and DFPS combined their efforts to fight child s*x trafficking in Texas by creating the Governor’s Response Against Child Exploitation (GRACE initiative), which envisions ending human trafficking, helping survivors heal and flourish, and protecting the vulnerable.

On Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Children’s Commission’s is hosting a free, 1.5 hour webcast entitled, “The Texas Response to the Commercial S*xual Exploitation of Children.” Panelists will include experts from the Office of the Texas Governor, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services, and Texas CASA. By utilizing the above resources, judges and attorneys can actively engage in human trafficking awareness and prevention, to the benefit of children, youth, and families experiencing the child welfare system in Texas.

Here's help people are true citizen standing up for her rights! Take action!!

WARNING: To those of you involved in the Legal Kidnapping of my two boys, know that it's gonna be a busy couple of weeks...I've been busy gathering up all of your Oaths of Office and copies of your bonds, as well as getting the criminal cases together that I plan to file against you for your unforgivable crimes....Don't feel left out if you aren't a judge or public servant, because I am going after ALL parties involved, including the school, the caseworkers, ex family members who have a badge so think you are above the law...Guess what? You aren't.....I have documented well, all of your ignorant and arrogant words in which you all hang yourselves because you feel you are above being held accountable.....Well know that I have a new mission in life.....All you servants who signed you Oath in which you swore to uphold the Constitution, yet you are involved in taking my children who have never been abused a day in their life? Guess what, you just violated your oath of office because according to the Constitution you have no jurisdidiction over my children unless they were physically abused and I was charged. In addition, not allowing me to have court docuements that I needed on order to appeal constitutes obstruction of justice, impeding an investigation, you violated my right to due process.....So many laws broken and luckily I have documented well so that nobody involved in this is left out....Expect a lien against the full amount of your bond, expect criminal charges being filed and expect to be sued both professionally and personally, expect to be sued upside down and backward, because everyone involved needs an awakening in their heart and minds and maybe in your new professions, after you are fired from your jobs, you will may attention to things like laws, morals, ethics, professionalism.....I want to be the voice in all of you low life's brains, a constant reminder of the pain you so matter of factly caused my family.....Just because my children may be living in your home....that doesn't mean your safe either....If lies that you have told, false reports and plain pre=meditative behavior that had any bearing on my boys being LEGALLY KIDNAPPED, then you will also have a place on this lawsuit.....You may want to lawyer up right now and get a head start.......Judge told me to move on with my life and be happy he will allow me to see them when they are 18....REALLY? No, thank you Judge, you have me confused with YOUR MOMMA who obviously failed you miserably....Not me. I will make it my mission to stop you all and educate others on how to protect themselves....Once everything is filed, I am leaving the state, so your plans to retaliate will be of no use, I will be somewhere very happy and counting down the downs to criminal charges and jail time for the TRUE CRIMINALS....How arrogant that you feel you have any God given, legal or moral right to take babies away from loving mother WHO GOD CHOSE FOR THEM......HE CHOSE ME TO BE THEIR MOTHER AND IT IS ONLY THING IN THE WORLD THAT I ENJOY....I will pray for your souls, you will need it for committing the most unforgiveable crime which is crime against CHILDREN. I have chosen to file everything possible that could bring my boys home rather than just picking one, I have done them all, so prepare to be very busy. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...This has got to end. The numer one killer of children of abuse is those killed in DHS....DHS is supposed to protect children, yet they are number one reason for death....Not to mention parents committing su***de becaise the pain in unbearable.....I am working with a legal team who is on the right track and motivated by love of children, not by money.....When you are working withy your heart in the right place and for the right reason, I feel chances of success are much greater.....I plan on adding my boys name to the list of children he has already brought home, and I will use any all legal remedies, conventional or not so conventional, to ensure they come home....After that, I will devote my life to shutting this agency down and educating people on thier rights and how to fight these demons......It's taken awhile to get here, but I am now confident in my knowledge and understanding of the laws, my rights as well as my childrens rights, so I feel its NOW OR NEVER......Please help me fight the good fight and PRAY LONG AND HARD for my boys........To the moon babies! See you guys soon!
Not a great idea to sign a sworn Oath to support the constition, yet you break the law every single say....That is what you call a criminal offense....I will take care of notifying all your bond companies of your illegal behavior and my intent to lien against bond...You're welcoime and have a great week.
