~More Than a Broker~
Kassi Jaroszewski
Mama of 3 boys. Jesus Lover. Trauma-Cert yoga instructor. Proud Aggie. Lover of the outdoors.
For more than 20 years, real estate has been my profession, but serving people has always been my purpose.
Whether I'm helping someone buy or sell a home, guiding a yoga class or simply encouraging someone through a difficult season, my goal is the same—to leave people feeling seen, supported and safe.
I'm a small-town Texas girl who believes hard work, honesty and treating people well still matter. Before you trust someone with one of the biggest investments of your life, I believe you should know the person you're trusting.
I was born in Weslaco, Texas and raised throughout Central and South Texas before graduating from New Braunfels High School. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University, where I also had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Vietnam. That experience taught me far more than Agriculture—it gave me a deeper appreciation for people, different cultures and His creation around us.
After graduating from Texas A&M, I continued my education through the University of Houston, becoming a licensed Texas Realtor in 2003 while studying appraisal, finance, investing, relocation and negotiation. In 2011, I became an Associate Broker at Property Professionals and in January 2015 I opened the doors to Kustom Real Estate, becoming my own Broker. Every year since has reaffirmed that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
My husband Barry and I have been married since 2005 and are raising our 3 boys—Tripp, Collier and Ledger—at our family place in New Braunfels. It's where we've built a life we love, surrounded by God's creation, hard work and the people who matter most. Watching our boys become the 5th generation to grow up here is something special.
My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything I do. It shapes how I lead my family, serve my clients and navigate both the victories and challenges of life. I believe integrity, compassion and keeping your word still matter.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me cheering on my boys, spending time outdoors, horseback, hunting, skiing or simply enjoying God's creation.
Another passion that's become part of my story is yoga. I'm a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor, and teaching weekly classes has become one of the greatest blessings of my life. It's a privilege to walk alongside others as they reconnect with their breath, discover their strength and experience healing.
Whether I'm helping someone buy or sell a home or guiding them through a yoga practice, my purpose remains the same—to serve with honesty, grace and purpose.
Because at the end of the day, buying or selling real estate isn't just about property—it's about people and helping people through life's biggest transitions isn't just my career—I believe it's my calling.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, rather than for people."
Colossians 3:23
