At Law Offices of Darren Lee Umphrey, PLLC, we are monitoring the evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our clients and their pending matters.

Our primary focus is the health, welfare and safety of our clients and staff. While both our physical offices are temporarily not open for appointments, our staff is continuing to work remotely and to provide our clients with the excellent service you have come to expect from our firm.

This is a very fluid situation. We are continuing to monitor it closely and are in constant contact with the courts and various agencies which may affect our client’s cases and court dates.

In these unprecedented times, communication is more important than ever. We will notify you as soon as possible if your court date is cancelled and/or rescheduled. We understand you may have questions and/or concerns. We do not want these to go unanswered. As always, please do not hesitate to contact the office.

While the full impact of the coronavirus is not yet determined, we are well positioned and prepared to aid you if you experience challenges or disruptions that develop because of the coronavirus.

Our offices remain fully operational, and we have strategies in place to adjust operations if necessary, to ensure services continue without interruption in accordance with the courts and governmental mandates and orders.

We are confident we have the resources and ability necessary to help our clients through these difficult, yet historical times. We will continue to zealously protect your rights against any possible abuse of governmental powers.
