Yesterday, I had a notary appointment at a local assisted living facility where four siblings had documents they needed notarized.

During our visit, I learned that they had been singing together as a family since they were young. To my delight, once we finished the notarizations, they treated me to a mini concert! What a wonderful and unexpected surprise!

That was definitely a first for me—and one of those moments that makes being a mobile notary so special.

You just never know what unexpected blessings are waiting for you when you walk into your next appointment.

Where did my Notary Stamp take me last week?!

🚗 Every week as a Mobile Notary is a little different… and that’s one of the things I love most about what I do!

This past week started with my morning exercise class before a loan closing in Seguin before heading back to New Braunfels for three more appointments—two in clients’ homes and one at an assisted living community.

Later in the week, I found myself back in the Seguin countryside to notarize legal documents, then returned to New Braunfels for a Power of Attorney signing and another visit to one of our local senior care facilities.

There was also a quick trip to San Marcos to help a client who needed a document notarized on a tight deadline.

And somewhere between all those appointments, I managed to squeeze in a Costco run, a doctor’s appointment, a fun birthday lunch for a friend and—best of all—quality time with my grandchildren.

No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly what makes being a Mobile Notary so rewarding. Every appointment is a new story, a new destination, and another opportunity to help someone during an important moment in their life.

Success is not always measured by the jobs we complete!

One of the greatest blessings of owning a small business isn’t just serving clients—it’s building relationships with other professionals who genuinely want to help one another.

This morning reminded me why I love what I do.

My first call came from a law firm in Sugarland, Texas looking for a mobile notary. The appointment was about 50 miles from me, but I knew a trusted colleague in Austin who was much closer. I was able to connect my repeat client with someone I knew would take great care of them. It was a win for my client and a blessing for my fellow notary.

A little later, I received a call from a gentleman in Philadelphia who was trying to reach a notary with the same last name as mine. While I wasn’t the person he was looking for, our conversation led me to connect him with another notary colleague I’ve gotten to know through LinkedIn. Once again, he found the help he needed.

Neither of those phone calls resulted in an assignment for me, but both left me with a heart full of joy.

Success isn’t always measured by the jobs we complete. Sometimes it’s measured by the connections we make, the people we help, and the relationships we build along the way.

Over the past three years, I have been blessed to build an incredible network of trusted professionals, and I am grateful for every one of them.
