☀️ TGIF!! ☀️

Did you know real estate investors (REI) make their 💰 money 💰 when they BUY, not when they sell?! We find good enough deals that when it comes time to sell, the profit is there no matter what the situation. In order for that to happen, we have to purchase the properties at the RIGHT price!
..Which is why maintaining walk away power 💃💃 is so important! You shouldn't build an emotional connection to the property and instead buy when the numbers are right.

Even if you're not an investor, but a first time home buyer or looking to downsize etc, always be willing to not buy the house (e.g. If the inspection comes back and there's a problem, the seller won't drop the price..)

In real estate when you maintain the ability to say no you are maintaining the ability to do the best for you 💯
