🎉 Congratulations to Tim & Jan on the purchase of their FOREVER HOME! 🏡❤️

I was so excited to hear their story and even more honored to be a part of this chapter with them.

Buying a home can be a roller coaster — I tell everyone that all the time! 🎢 That’s why you NEED an agent in your corner who can help you navigate the unexpected twists and turns.

In true real estate fashion, everything was going great… until it wasn’t! 😅

We were just days from closing when the appraisal came back nearly $30,000 under the purchase price. That meant renegotiating the deal, redoing paperwork, and rebalancing everything — all while the clock was ticking toward closing.

We were truly down to the wire, with our entire team working right up until the closing table. Thankfully, we have an incredible team and a great system in place. This transaction also involved our sister companies, KEYMAX Title and Breeze Lending, which gave us additional flexibility and helped us work through the challenges together.

We managed to keep this roller coaster on the track! 🎢🔑

And a HUGE part of that was Tim & Jan. They were the ultimate “go with the flow” kind of people. When emotions get heated and things don’t go as planned, staying calm, focused, and positive makes all the difference. They handled every hurdle with such grace, and together we made it to the closing table!

Tim & Jan, I am SO happy for you both. Thank you for trusting me to help you find your forever home — and thank you for sharing your incredible outlook on life with me throughout this journey. I know I’ll remember this closing forever. ❤️
