Law Office of David Carron

Law Office of David Carron Juvenile and Family Attorney with over ten years of practice. I'm a strong advocate with a background in psychology, so I know how to complete goals.

A family law attorney specializing in child and juvenile protection cases since 2004, David Carron founded his own practice, based in New Hampshire, in 2012. Admitted to the state bars of Massachusetts (2002), Connecticut (2005), and New Hampshire (2011), he earned a Child Welfare Law Specialist designation from the National Association of Counsel for Children in 2011 – a distinction given to only

a few hundred attorneys nationwide. Serving as a zealous advocate for children is the driving force behind David Carron’s practice. He often draws on his undergraduate degree in psychology to help these vulnerable youngsters make sense of the adult conflicts they are caught up in. His natural compassion combined with years of experience interviewing and advising children as both counsel and guardian ad litem makes him an ideal choice for those facing family law issues. "Children are what it is all about. I have spent the last 10 years in service to my clients, defending their children. I have the certification as a Child Welfare Law Specialist to prove it. Only a few hundred attorneys have that level of experience and commitment toward the practice." Before founding his own law office, he was the lead attorney in hundreds of juvenile court cases at the Connecticut firm of Carron and Fink, LLC. from 2004-2011. He tried dozens of proceedings in neglect and termination of parental rights cases and counseled private clients in the resolution of family, criminal, and civil cases. He advocated for clients at administrative hearings, delinquency proceedings, and education conferences; filed administrative hearings with the Department of Children and Families to change their objectives; and worked with attorneys and social workers for best client outcomes on both delinquency and neglect cases. David Carron graduated from the New England School of Law in Boston in 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts. He is currently in the process of training for GAL and Child Protection certifications for New Hampshire and has practiced within the criminal, juvenile, family, and probate courts for multiple New England states.
