Rip Attorney Babin ❤️

Our office would like to express our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of our friend and former colleague Miriam Babin. Miriam was a fixture here for many years as an AJCM and since her retirement a frequent visitor to our court, in her role as an Attorney at Cohen and Cleary. We will miss her friendship and quick wit, that always kept us on our toes.
Rest easy Miriam 🙏🙏

Starting June 1, 2026, all Massachusetts Trial Court departments will have new orders that allow more hearings and court events to happen remotely.

The Trial Court’s new Remote Hearings webpage makes it easier to:
• Find standing orders
• Request a remote hearing
• Get general information about remote hearings
