Whether you have a question or have decided to hire us to represent you, we welcome your call and will do everything we can to assist you. If you are purchasing a home we will review your Purchase and Sale contract for FREE when you close your loan with our office. * We will also prepare a Declaration of Homestead for you at NO CHARGE when you purchase your home (primary residence). **
* This $150.00 fee gets credited to you at closing.
** You only pay the Registry recording fee
