Accomplished attorney with a strong background in labor law, contract negotiations, and arbitration, including experience practicing before the Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey. Manage all aspects of cases from inception through completion. Licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States since 2016. Extensive experience in representing both Sellers and Buyers in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Closings. Representation of small businesses in the creation and formation of corporate entities, as well as representation on behalf of small businesses in litigation. Successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of East Rutherford PBA, granting deference to an arbitrator's award to interpret contract language. Successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division on behalf of the New Jersey State Troopers Fraternal Association, the New Jersey State Troopers Non-Commissioned Officers Association, and individual members, to receive full creditable service in the State Police Retirement System for prior service in PFRS and PERS. The Appellate Division found in favor of the Association's statutory interpretation, that transferred time deserves the same treatment as time worked as a State Trooper.
