I enjoy working with first time home buyers. However, with so many products I find it easy to tailor my services to a client who wants to finance $800,000 dollars and all the way down to the other side of the spectrum where I might be dealing with a first time home buyer who is purchasing a condo for $150,000. I can easily work and adapt to a diverse database of clients.
