Happy 33rd Birthday to Amanda! šŸŽ‰

Today we celebrated Amanda with lunch from Aladdin's Eatery and an incredible cookie collection from Curbside on the Run. šŸŖ

Amanda is an essential part of our law office team, providing outstanding support for our estate administration work and helping with the countless day-to-day needs that keep our office running smoothly. She handles every task with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude, and her willingness to help wherever needed never goes unnoticed.

As the youngest member of our team, she also keeps all of us feeling young with her energy, humor, and fresh perspective. We are very grateful for everything she does and were happy to celebrate her today.

Wishing Amanda a wonderful year ahead filled with happiness, success, and plenty of reasons to celebrate! ✨

Happy 65th Birthday to our amazing Nancy! šŸŽ‰

Today we celebrated someone who keeps our real estate operations running smoothly, efficiently, and always with true style! Nancy is the heart of our team—organized, dependable, and always ready to step up to the plate.

With our birthday theme inspired by the Pittsburgh Pirates (her favorite), it was the perfect way to celebrate someone who brings such great energy, teamwork, and dedication to everything she does. Nancy is truly an MVP in our office, and every day feels like a win with her on our team.

Just like the Pirates celebrate victories by ā€œraising the cone,ā€ today we’re raising the cone for Nancy and celebrating all she brings to our office—hard work, loyalty, laughter, and true team spirit!

Wishing you a birthday filled with joy, laughter, and all the celebration you deserve!

Happy 65th, Nancy! šŸŽ‚āš¾šŸ“ā€ā˜ ļøšŸ’›šŸ–¤

I’ve never posted about this before, but after receiving three calls today from clients who were genuinely upset and worried, I felt compelled to say something.

Please do not let the recent ā€œdeed theftā€ advertisements and social media posts cause you unnecessary stress or fear.

For personal residences in Pennsylvania, deed theft is simply not the widespread issue these companies are making it seem to be. In fact, there were no reported 2025 cases involving owner-occupied personal residences being stolen through deed fraud in Pennsylvania.

You do NOT need to purchase expensive ā€œdeed theft protectionā€ or special insurance products being pushed through fear-based marketing. Much of this is simply fear mongering designed to sell you something you do not need.

Yes, deed fraud can happen in limited situations—most commonly involving vacant land or abandoned properties — but not someone’s primary personal residence.

Please don’t let advertising create panic where it doesn’t belong. If you ever have questions or concerns about your property ownership, reach out to a trusted real estate attorney rather than a marketing ad trying to sell you protection.

Don’t let fear sell you something you don’t need.

We took a well-deserved break today to celebrate Administrative Professionals Day—and it was such a great reminder of how lucky we are to have Barb, Nancy, and Amanda on our team.

Everything runs more smoothly because of you three, and we don’t say thank you nearly enough.

Grateful for the laughs, the time together at Red Robin, and most of all, the people who keep it all going every day.

Today we said goodbye (but not really goodbye) to someone who has been part of the heart of our office for 20 years—Cindy Kish.

We celebrated her the best way we know how… together, over lunch, sharing stories, laughter, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Cindy has been the definition of steady and kind. The person you could always count on. The calm in the middle of busy days. The quiet strength that held so much together behind the scenes.

Twenty years is more than a career—it’s relationships, trust, and a legacy that becomes part of who we are as a team. And Cindy leaves all of that (and more) with us.

We will miss her every single day, but we are so grateful for the time we’ve had and everything she’s given.

Here’s to whatever comes next for you, Cindy—you’ve more than earned it šŸ¤

Happy Valentine’s Day ā¤ļø

Today feels like a good day to say how grateful we are for the people we work beside every day.

In a profession that can be demanding and intense, it matters to be surrounded by colleagues who are steady, generous, and kind. The small acts — covering for one another, sharing a laugh between files, stepping up without being asked — are what make this office special.

We’re lucky to work with people who bring heart to their work. And that makes all the difference.

As 2025 winds down, I’m feeling especially grateful.

This photo of me and CJ, my brother a/k/a my law partner, a snapshot of our firm in its third generation. That’s something we don’t take lightly, even if we occasionally laugh about how many years of legal opinions fit into one family.

This year brought solid work, good momentum, and the kind of partnership that makes running a law office both meaningful and enjoyable. We’re incredibly lucky to have a staff that is thoughtful, capable, and genuinely cares about the people we serve—and clients who trust us with important moments in their lives.

Thank you to our team for everything you do, and to our clients for the confidence you place in us.

Looking ahead to 2026 with appreciation for the past year and a lot of optimism for what’s to come.

I’ve been a lawyer for 23 years now, which feels impossible because I’m still convinced I graduated law school, like, last Tuesday. Our little office—me, my brother, and our fantastic team of four—has been carrying on a family tradition that dates back almost a century. My brother has been practicing for 32 years, my mom started in this very office in 1976, and my grandfather began practicing in 1934, back when ā€œcut and pasteā€ meant actual scissors and glue.

Working in a family business has its own kind of magic. You get to work with people who genuinely care about you—and who will also remind you if you left crumbs in the kitchen or used the ā€œgood pen.ā€

My goal has always been simple: be competent, be friendly, and be someone people actually like working with. I’m lucky enough to hear ā€œthank youā€ often—sometimes in person as clients sign their wills or deeds, and sometimes even scribbled on the memo line of a check (which is honestly the highest form of compliment in my book).

But receiving this Best of the Best award, year after year, is truly… the best. Knowing that clients took the time to vote—and even managed to correctly type our very complicated last name—is both flattering and a little miraculous.

I’m so grateful for every single person who voted for our office. Thank you for supporting our family, our work, and our legacy.
Truly thankful, Cory Siri
