Randy Kinnard recently spoke to all the first year law students at the Nashville School of Law on the subject of professionalism and ethical conduct in the practice of law. The students had a ton of questions and were very excited about their first year in law school.

On November 13, Randy gave a seminar in Nashville to trial lawyers on the importance of being your client’s friend and working hard for your client in order to achieve the best justice possible for your client. Also, becoming your client’s friend makes the practice of law more rewarding and fun.

Kinnard Law proudly continued its sponsorship of the Flying Monkey Marathon on Sunday, supporting the Friends of Warner Parks. Our own Jennifer Eberle took on the challenge, running an impressive half marathon (13.1 miles) through the park’s beautiful yet demanding hills. We’re all incredibly proud of Jennifer and her amazing accomplishment!

Lyon Chadwick of Kinnard Law had a great weekend! He finished 3rd at the “Game for a Better Brain” charity event, which raised over $200K, and placed 3rd again in a Nashville Animal Shelter benefit tournament.

Now, he's off to the PPA Lapiplasty World Championships in Dallas—the largest pickleball tournament in the world! Kinnard Law is proud and cheering him on from Nashville!
