The human conflict condition is three-dimensional: cognitive, emotional, and behavioral - each interdependent on the other. How we experience and process is highly predictable if we understand how and where this activity originates and takes place in the brain. Likewise, when we begin to move from conflict to resolution, there is notable change in the driving brain functions. Understanding this, conflict resolution professionals can utilize extremely effective techniques (brain mapping) to help the parties move into a state of cognitive awareness and decision-making, and less emotion-centered thinking and behavior.

Finally! A video conference platform JUST for mediation!

Nothing will ever replace the in-person mediation experience. Sharing physical space with others is something most mediators rely on to gauge a party's motivations and read the room. Take that away and it changes the dynamics of mediation - but it doesn't make mediation impossible. It just makes it....
