We will be conducting a focus group on July 9, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We will be asking participants to listen to attorneys present both sides of a real homicide case, discuss the evidence with other participants, and give feedback as if you were a juror. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Participants will be compensated $100 for the day and will responsible for their own transportation and/or parking. Email [email protected] for more information.

Here is my opinion of the recent rulings of The United States Supreme Court.

I dissent .

Early voting paused in Nashville Davidson County today. I endorse Judge Stan Kweller for the Domestic Relations judgeship. I practiced with Stan for years. He has the qualities needed for that stressful job. Patience, understanding, compassion, and an even disposition are just a few of his traits that I witnessed over the years. I am voting for Judge Stan Kweller

On February 1st between 3:00 P.M. till 5: 00 P.M., May + McKinney will be hosting a "Taste of TLC". TLC is short for the Trial Lawyer's College. I attended years ago and it made a huge difference in how I handle cases. All trial lawyers can benefit from attending. It is free and there will be some beverages after the meeting. Please share this with your lawyer friends.
