•Charlotte Park
•Median: ~$630K
• 12–15 min to Downtown
Close to The Nations but quieter. Larger yards and strong west-side growth. Your budget sits right at the edge, but it’s a high-upside area with room to gain equity for future sale.

•East Nashville (Inglewood / Rosebank)
•Median: ~$577K
• 10–15 min to Downtown
Artsy and full of local restaurants. Renovated homes with character. $600K can get you a nicely updated 3–4 bed.

•Kingston Springs
•Median:~ $559,000-$767,150
•20ish min to Downtown
Small town vibes. You get a house with a yard. Locals don’t want to move so it’s hard to get in but not impossible.

•Donelson

Geist in Nashville is an incredible place for dinner during the holidays. Reservations go quick, but I was able to snag this one last one thankfully. Their food never disappoints. Fall Creek Falls in middle Tennessee is the perfect place to visit if you want a true fall experience. It’s only two hours east of Nashville. There are multiple waterfalls to experience. We stayed at the lodge where they have great food, paddle boats, fire pits, and so much more. Our friends had their wedding there right in front of the water. The weather was perfect! We will definitely be back to explore more of fall Creek Falls. Congratulations Shane and Jenna.!!

I love a good greenhouse. I especially love it when they serve great food and drinks. What? Is that even a thing? Yep! It sure is! If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit The Greenhouse Bar, what are you waiting for? Especially with this beautiful fall weather, you have to make a visit & let me know what you think.
