Great conference this weekend in NOLA. Excellent presentation on “Title Insurance Issues From the Lender’s Perspective” by Spencer Mobley and Hall Eady. We also had a great panel discussion on “Effectively Handling Pro Se Litigants” moderated by Jeff Loeb. Our panelists were Cynthia Morales from Alliant, Robert Graham from Fidelity and Stephen Chaitt from Old Republic. Zi Lin presented our case law updates prepared by Jerel Hill. Thanks to Marc Brown and his planning committee for putting together this program.
