•Training and Education Whether it’s an employment law case or a complex business dispute, Bryan Pieper has litigated across the country, from New York to Oregon, California and Florida. Bryan’s commercial litigation practice covers a broad range of business disputes, including corporate officer and director li

ability, fraud, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, trademark infringement and antitrust violations. Bryan’s labor and employment law practice focuses not only on dispute resolution but also on dispute prevention through preventive measures such as policy preparation, HR training and corporate compliance. He frequently speaks to trade associations and at legal seminars on a wide variety of employment law topics. Bryan represents both employers and employees, and he firmly believes it makes him better at both. When he is not litigating a case or helping a client navigate a sticky employment or contract matter, Bryan’s practice provides him with the best possible perspective on the law – the view from the bench. For several years, Bryan served as an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), presiding over disputes between Nashville Electric Service and its employees. For several years after that, he provided the same service as a Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) Outside Review Officer, presiding over disputes between MNPS and its employees. Companies hire Bryan to conduct internal investigations when they must get to the bottom of a business or workplace problem in a thorough and neutral manner. By representing plaintiffs, defendants and serving as a third-party neutral, Bryan has a 360-degree view of what works and what doesn’t
