DON’T EVEN TRY!!! “Lender fraud is the intentional deception for financial gain during a loan process, which can be committed by both borrowers and lenders.”

Common examples include (1) borrowers providing false financial information on an application to get a loan they wouldn't otherwise qualify for, or (2) claiming the property as their PRIMARY residence when they already own a “primary” residence in another state, or they intend to use the new property as a RENTAL, all in order to get a more favorable interest rate.

As a Realtor since 1997, I have seen very little of this in my own clients, but when I did, put a stop to it immediately. When it comes to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, do not ever ever ever ever take a chance on committing mortgage fraud. You will end up going to jail!

**BOWLING AVE FROM WHITLAND to WOODLAWN REPAVING SCHEDULE**

Dear Neighbors:

I want to let you know the long-awaited repaving of Bowling Avenue from the Whitland Avenue intersection to Woodlawn Avenue intersection will be paved in approx. three (3) weeks (mid-May) and will take approximately one (1) week for it be completed. Traffic will be reduced to one-lane during the repaving and managed by traffic control. This work will include the finishing and striping at the Whitland-Bowling intersection.

I have been asked whether there is a plan to repave Bowling Avenue from Woodlawn to Woodmont. This is currently not a part of the NDOT paving project. (The repave will include the parts of Bowling Avenue and a little past Woodlawn where the sidewalk was installed.)

As with all paving or construction projects weather or unforeseen circumstances can delay but barring those this should be completed before end of May. Please do not hesitate to reach for clarification or with questions. I will work to get those questions answered timely.

On Monday (yesterday) I had a call with NDOT Dir. Alacron and her team regarding this paving project and some other district 24 updates. She and her team will be traveling along Bowling Ave. to ensure we get the safest crossings along Bowling striped and signaled. I have raised the concerns shared with me – and personally experienced with neighbors – directly with the team.
