Motorcycle riders know one thing better than anyone — you have to watch out for everybody on the road. Unfortunately, not every driver watches out for you.
Most motorcycle crashes happen because drivers say:
“I didn’t see them.”
But not seeing a motorcycle is not an excuse.
A motorcycle rider has the same right to the road as every other vehicle. And when a crash happens, riders usually suffer the most serious injuries — broken bones, surgeries, lost work, emotional trauma, and long recoveries.
If you or someone you love was injured in a motorcycle crash, do not try to deal with the insurance companies alone. They will often try to blame the rider first.
