Gottesman & Hollis has filed a class action against Textiles Coated International (TCI). The lawsuit is for all residents whose wells have been contaminated with PFCs in Amherst, New Hampshire by the TCI plant. Paul DeCarolis is handling the case along with Kevin Hannon of Denver, Colorado. The suit was filed in the Hillsborough county Superior Court in Manchester, NH.
