Hi Everyone! I am a dedicated lawyer prepared to work with those that need to navigate estate planning, as well as preparation for retirement and golden years. I am dedicated to working with families and individuals to protect their assets, avoid probate, and maximize estate tax savings. I find that the best time to have a conversation about estate planning is when a major event occurs in someone’s life, such as reaching age 18, marriage, divorce, a purchase of a home or having a child. So many think that estate planning should only be for those of advanced age. I’d like to be able to spread the word that it is SO unbelievably important to have estate planning documents in place when you are younger because you are never guaranteed tomorrow and leaving a legacy rather than a headache is a more ideal situation!
I also practice family law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with a focus on mediation before litigation. I'd much rather ensure a family keeps their funds for their use rather than spending unnecessary funds on litigation, if it can be avoided.
