Office building has a client seating area, kitchenette, staff only men’s and women’s restrooms as well as a separate client restroom.
Access to two conference rooms shared between the seven tenants.
There is also a patio with chairs and a fire pit that can be used by the tenant as well.

Rent (unfurnished): $1600/month inclusive of sales tax, bi-weekly cleaning service, fiber optic internet and CAM.
Furnished: $1800/month includes guest chairs, desk and chair, lateral filing cabinet.

Optional furnished closed door paralegal space $600/month including sales tax, bi-weekly cleaning service, and fiber optic internet, and CAM.
Initial IT setup fee of $250. No deposit required. 1 year lease minimum. Attorneys Only.
