🏡 SOLD in Valencia Trails — and another successful relocation to Naples!

Congratulations to our buyers who just closed on their new home in Valencia Trails for $950,000! 🎉

Relocating from Massachusetts to be closer to family, they weren't simply looking for a house. They wanted the right home, community and lifestyle for their next chapter.

🏡 Lakewood Ranch is No. 1 again!

For the eighth consecutive year, Lakewood Ranch has been ranked the No. 1 multigenerational master-planned community in the country, recording 1,035 home sales through the first half of 2026.

Even more impressive? Florida dominated the rankings. The top four communities for overall sales were all in the Sunshine State, including Lakewood Ranch, Wellen Park and Babcock Ranch.

Lakewood Ranch continues to attract buyers with its wide variety of housing options, extensive amenities, restaurants, shopping and lifestyle opportunities. And for golfers, the area offers access to some outstanding private golf communities.

Another strong sign of the continued demand for the Florida lifestyle. ☀️⛳

RCLCO Real Estate Consulting releases its rankings with Lakewood Ranch being No. 1 in multigenerational, master-planned community sales.

Naples real estate sales increased 14.5% in July—even as inventory fell 21%.

The July 2026 numbers reveal an increasingly active and balanced Naples housing market.

Closed sales climbed to 733 transactions, the median price increased 2.6% to $590,000, and available inventory declined to 4,415 properties. More than $950 million in residential real estate changed hands, including 209 transactions above $1 million.

At the top of the luxury market, a waterfront estate in Port Royal sold for $41.18 million, while all 10 of the month's highest-priced sales were concentrated in Port Royal, Old Naples and Aqualane Shores.

Golf and country club communities also recorded several significant luxury transactions, including sales in Wyndemere, Quail West, Mediterra, Grey Oaks and Tiburon.

The headline numbers are strong, but there are important differences between single-family homes, condos, luxury properties and golf community real estate.

📊 Naples real estate sales jumped 14.5% in July while inventory fell 21%.

The latest numbers show buyers are still actively purchasing Naples real estate:

🏡 733 closed sales — up 14.5%
💰 $590,000 median price — up 2.6%
📉 Inventory down 21% to 4,415 properties
📊 5.8 months of supply, down from 8.7 months last year
💵 More than $950 million in total sales
✨ 209 properties sold for $1 million+

Luxury real estate was another standout. The highest-priced sale was a $41.18 million waterfront estate in Port Royal, and all of the Top 10 luxury sales were in Port Royal, Old Naples and Aqualane Shores.

📈 Lee County Home Sales Surge as Inventory Continues to Fall

The July 2026 numbers are in, and buyer activity across Lee County continues to strengthen.

🏡 Single-family sales +13.0%
🏢 Condo & townhome sales +26.4%
📉 Single-family inventory -18.1%
📉 Condo inventory -19.7%
💰 $870.6 million in residential sales volume
🏆 102 properties sold for $1 million+

Luxury real estate remained a major part of the market, and 80% of Lee County’s top 10 residential sales were waterfront properties.

Golf communities also produced some impressive sales. Saltleaf on Estero Bay led the way with a $13.6 million sale, followed by another at $8.47 million. Miromar Lakes, Quail West, Shadow Wood, Bonita Bay and Grandezza all recorded notable luxury transactions.

For golf buyers, declining inventory means finding the right home is only part of the strategy. Golf membership availability, club amenities, fees and the community lifestyle should all factor into your decision.
